This line is designed for PP fibers for mortar. This fiber can reinforce additive increases impact resistance and controls shrinkage cracking in concrete, mortar, and grout mixes.
Its investment is much smaller than the traditional way. And the capacity is similar. The standard capacity of the line is 4 tons per 24 hours. This machine can work 24hours x 7days. The material can be PP power instead of PP granule. This can save about 80~100 usd per ton.
